Philosophy
Hendrik's mom once summed it up very nicely: Our vegan cuisine should inspire everyone, lovers and skeptics alike. So we have deliberately chosen some vegan alternatives that are hardly distinguishable from their non-vegan counterparts. In everything we do and produce, a plant-based and sustainable basis is our first priority. Thus, together with our guests, we not only conserve important environmental resources through vegan food, we generally pay attention to a comprehensively sustainable footprint. Our menus are printed on grass-fed paper, we deliberately order ingredients in larger bags, and we source all that we don't produce ourselves from local suppliers whenever possible. We also offer reusable alternatives for to-go packaging and keep our food waste to a minimum.
As you can see, we love what we do and live our Froindlichst philosophy with heart and power. We are incredibly grateful that you are a part of this wonderfully wild journey and are always happy to receive your feedback!
