Galerie HINTEN emerged from the Begehungen art and culture festival. Since 2011, it has been supporting up-and-coming artists from all over Europe by providing them with an independent, non-commercial project space for exhibiting contemporary art in Chemnitz.

Painting, drawing, photography, installation, sculpture - diverse forms of visual art from different genres are presented here to long-established residents of Sonnenberg, tourists and newcomers alike.
