Behind the newly merged Garage Bar collective are familiar faces from the local punk rock and 60s/rock'n'roll scene. Musicians, label makers and alternative music enthusiasts with a DIY ethos, who counter the rampant gentrification with heart and idealism to create a new safe space away from the mainstream.

In addition to our cocktail classes, the focus is on wild live shows, hot DJ parties and legendary nights in a chill bar atmosphere with foosball and (soon) darts.

The GARAGE BAR is the new meeting place for Südstadt punks, FC / Fortuna freaks and Kölsche Frohnaturen of all kinds. Everyone with a good heart and an open mind is welcome here.
