Above all, GLASWEISE stands for hospitality.

Welcoming people, making them feel at home and making them feel comfortable is not a concept for us, but a matter of course. Wine plays a central role for us. We offer a carefully selected range of wines by the glass as well as a larger wine list with bottled wines designed to be shared, discovered and enjoyed without any rules or pressure.

This is complemented by a small selection of classic cocktails, such as the Espresso Martini and the Old Fashioned. Our GLASWEISE Negroni Selection is particularly important. More than just a drink, it is our signature, in different variations, close to the classic and yet with its own personality.

At the weekend, the atmosphere is characterized by music. DJ sets with sounds from the 80s, 90s and 2000s accompany the evening, familiar, warm and never intrusive. Not a club, but a place where music encourages conversation and good times.

The food is deliberately kept simple, designed to please. A selection of cheeses, prosciutto from Umbria and zucchini flowers with mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano, small dishes to share and enjoy slowly, with a glass in hand.
