Institut fuer Zukunft is a club for electronic music since 2014.
Electronic dance music finds its origins in marginalized and discriminated communities - thus we want to keep the tradition alive and create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and safe. With our concept Safer Clubbing, we focus on awareness and education of club-goers to make this possible.

"Safer Clubbing" stands for a free, self-determined, safe and good time in our club. Although illegal drugs are not permitted at the Institut für Zukunft, the club is committed to providing information about common substances in order to minimize risks and enable conscious harm reduction.
"Safer Clubbing" stands for a safe space of sexual self-determination and expression based on the concept of mutual consent.
"Safer Clubbing" speaks out against sexism and sexual violence, racism, misogyny, trans*, inter* and homophobia and aims to raise awareness of these forms of discrimination.

In order to support marginalized or underrepresented people and artists, the Institut für Zukunft values a diverse line-up.

If you feel uncomfortable in the IfZ or experience a case of discrimination, you can contact the in-house door crew or the Safer Clubbing Team, which can be recognized by the white T-shirts.

The IfZ expressly encourages you to speak out:
