Johanneskirche Quelle (ev.)

St. John's Church in Quelle was consecrated in 1956 as the first Protestant church in the district. The modern design by Günter Schmidt characterizes the asymmetrical building, whose tapering nave and sloping roof create a special spatial effect. The centerpiece is a sandstone relief by Karl Kunath. A free-standing bell tower with three donated cast steel bells completes the church ensemble.
