KASCH connects! Open to all people - regardless of age and origin - it serves as a meeting point and place for social and cultural participation. Cinema, theater, cabaret, concerts, parties, workshops, exhibitions and youth culture characterize the program. KASCH is as diverse as its visitors: varied, entertaining and sophisticated. In addition to regular events, groups, associations and initiatives use the wide range of rooms for conferences and training courses or weekly meetings. A full-time team and many volunteers ensure reliable operation from early in the day until sometimes late into the night.

The KASCH has been run by a non-profit association since it was founded in 1990. With its colourful and diverse range of programs, rooms and uses, the KASCH is a central cultural attraction beyond the region that is used by around 70,000 people every year. KASCH is a member of the Lower Saxony Sociocultural Association.
