Since the 1990s, the movers and shakers behind the Kesselhaus have been among the pioneers of the "Berlin boom" and have set culturally relevant accents in this context - including Popkomm, Berlin Music Week, Fête de la Musique and the enforcement of the Musicboard. The team of organizers completed the development towards a modern venue for music, dance, theater, literature and parties, offering a program beyond short-lived trends. Today, in the rough, industrial-looking buildings of the former Kulturbrauerei, built in 1867, a contrast is created with ultra-modern technology, passion and drive that has delighted visitors for 25 years now.
