Our Swabian-vegan restaurant Köhlerstüble welcomes you in the heart of Stuttgart-Ost.

We serve homemade home cooking, just as your great-grandmother and grandmother would have cooked it, but above all delicious and purely plant-based. Our spaetzle is handmade, just like great-grandma's.

We use fresh regional and seasonal ingredients. Of course, our wine and beer selection also comes from the region. And because sustainability is really important to us, we use green electricity.
