The Bad Krozingen spa park is the green lung of the town. It stretches over 40 hectares between the spa area and the town center. Laid out in the style of English gardens, the Kurpark offers a magnificent, colorful sight, especially in spring and summer.

Guests can stroll through the spa park along the Neumagen river and admire the old trees. Many of the rare trees have a small information board with both their Latin and German names. Some of the paths are paved and there are places to sit and rest at regular intervals. In addition to the many colorful flowerbeds, the landmark of the spa gardens are the two flower peacocks in front of the Kurhaus. After a walk, visitors can stop for coffee and cake or a meal in the Kurhaus itself. Special highlights are the colorful dahlia garden, rose beds and the fragrance and herb garden. This can be explored alone or on a guided tour.

A lake was also recently created in the spa gardens. Guests can enjoy the view and - weather permitting - the sun on the associated platform or in the lakeside café. Guests have the opportunity to try out the new practice golf course at the lake in the spa gardens. The spa park is also ideal for jogging, cycling and walking.

A great illustrated book about the spa park and its trees is also available from the Bad Krozingen tourist information office or the Pfister bookshop. The book is well worth a look, as there is much to discover in the Kurpark, such as the handkerchief tree, which was first discovered in 1869.
