In your interest: As there have often been misunderstandings in the past, please note that children and young people are only admitted from the age of 14 if accompanied by an adult. The use of all saunas, swimming pools and pools is textile-free without exception. You can of course wear a sauna towel or bathrobe in the facility. A bathrobe is mandatory in the restaurant and some relaxation areas. Shorts with a T-shirt or a sarong that covers your stomach, legs and bottom are also accepted on the outdoor terrace of the restaurant.

There is ample free parking available directly in front of the Medi-Therme in Bochum, so you can start your vacation day without the hassle of searching for a parking space.

At reception you will receive a transponder wristband with which you can use all the services in the Medi Therme, so that you do not need cash in the facility itself. Here, for a small fee, you can borrow sauna towels and bathrobes as well as buy bathing shoes, shampoo, sun cream etc. so that you can spontaneously treat yourself to a day of relaxation or sport in our spa area.

The completely redesigned changing rooms with larger lockers, which can also be locked using the transponder band, are located next to our reception.

Inside the spa, you will find indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 16 different saunas and steam baths as well as state-of-the-art Ergoline solariums.
In our pools you can enjoy a sporty swim or simply relax.

Did you know that the sun and solariums improve your physical performance, strengthen your immune system and ensure the supply of calcium to your bones and organs through the production of vitamin D?

For sufficient rest, relaxation and retreat, there are plenty of relaxation rooms, loungers and seating available inside the spa.
