In the location's words:
The permanent exhibition at the Museum unter Tage (Underground Museum) covers over 1,000 m² and is entitled "Weltsichten" (Views of the World) and presents landscape art from the 15th century to the present day. The works of art on display range from classic oil paintings to room-filling video sound installations.
In the temporary exhibition area, two annual temporary exhibitions with contemporary works address current themes.
Weitmar Castle Park is also a sculpture park. In addition to the aforementioned works by Richard Serra and Lee Ufan, you can also discover works by François Morellet, Erich Reusch and Giuseppe Spagnulo.
