NENI—these are the initials of the first names of Nuriel, Elior, Nadiv, and Ilan Molcho. The name reflects the Molchos’ philosophy, as family is an essential part of their lives. Meals were always shared at a large table with the whole family and many friends. This openness, combined with our love and passion for food, is what lies behind the NENI concept.
