The joy of fairy tales

This is a top priority for our German-Russian puppet theater "Buratino"!

For many years now, we have been successfully offering a child-friendly mixture of lovingly designed puppets and an imaginative
fairy tales in German and Russian. The puppets are handcrafted and played by volunteers from our association "Leipzig - Brücke der Kulturen" e. V. and are accompanied by speech and music. We are supported by renowned regional artists and musicians.
All fairy tales have a performance time of around 40 minutes. Afterwards, the children and all interested spectators can get to know the ensemble personally and see the puppets up close.

Regularly on Saturdays (see home page and calendar of events on our website) and at seasonal festivals, we perform
puppet theater plays in German and alternately in Russian.
