On the site of a former gas station and a former inner-city wasteland between the Chamber of Commerce and the former railroad head office, we opened an illuminated nightlife matrix in the fall of 2011, a gastronomy triptych that has been brightly illuminating Jägerstraße ever since: The Schankstelle. You can refuel at the bars, various burger specialties come with sides from the grill garage, and in the former auto repair shop, people dance to the Sound of Now between the fixed points of hip-hop, urban, house, and breaks, or, very often, go crazy, as the revved-up engines once did at this location.
