Schlossbad Erwitte has been operated as a public pool since 2003. The non-profit organization Schlossbad Erwitte e.V. is responsible for this civic commitment. Designed as a family pool, visitors have 1,200 square meters of water at their disposal for sport, fun and relaxation. The outdoor pool has a 50-meter pool with six lanes, a diving pool with diving platforms, a double slide and a "paddling" pool for small children. Visitors can also enjoy a spacious sunbathing lawn with beautiful old trees, a beach volleyball court, a match and play area and a (small) soccer pitch on the approx. 11,000 m² area of the Schlossbad.
