The Bergisch Gladbach School Museum - Cüppers Collection takes you back to the school world of the past. In an old school building from 1871 in Katterbach, you can experience a classroom "as it was in the imperial era" and see how lessons were conducted back then. The collection comprises thousands of exhibits, including satchels, brooches and handicrafts, which former school inspector Carl Cüppers has been collecting since the 1960s.

The "historical lessons" are particularly exciting, where you can slip into the role of a pupil from back then. Every first Sunday of the month there is a Family Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. with Free admission, a lesson at 2:30 p.m. and a guided tour at 3:30 p.m.
