Information about your visit to the open-air cinema The cinema grounds and the cinema restaurant open for you from 7 pm. The movie starts at approx. 9 pm (at dusk). The Box Office and the advance booking tent open at 7 p.m. In the case of films sold out online, the Box Office does not open until 8:30 p.m. for the sale of remaining tickets. On presentation of your* online ticket or voucher at the advance booking tent, you will receive a valid ticket for the screening on that day. A voucher does not entitle you to admission for sold-out films. Vouchers can no longer be redeemed after 8.30 pm, as tickets will be released for sale at the Box Office. Admission is only possible with a valid original ticket. Returns, exchanges or cash refunds are not possible.
