The STRASSE ^E® cultural center has been one of the best-known and most popular venues in the region for many years. It is characterized in particular by the great variety of different events in one place. There are only a few comparable projects in the whole of Germany, which means that STRASSE ^E® is increasingly gaining supra-regional significance.

The property is located in the Dresden Nord industrial area in the Albertstadt district, part of Dresden Neustadt. In contrast to Dresden's old town, which is primarily a magnet for traditional tourism, Dresden Neustadt is the beating heart of Dresden's nightlife.

Not far from this "cultural heart", the historic industrial site provided an interesting setting for the first events far removed from the "normal" discotheque, club and concert landscape. The first activities quickly grew into several multifunctional event spaces, the use of which has since been expanded to include balls, exhibitions, art events, trade fairs, presentations and much more.

The REITHALLE STRASSE ^E® is primarily used as a concert and exhibition venue due to its enormous interior dimensions. The southern end building, which unlike the main hall has a basement, houses the BUNKER STRASSE ^E® club. The building can accommodate approx. 1100 visitors, for example for concerts without seating. If required, the hall can be seated for approx. 400 people.
