Studio Gusto

Studio Gusto is a place where the diversity of specialty coffee can be experienced - online in our webshop or in our store in Eimsi. We curate coffees from various roasters, serve espresso directly at the bar and create access to coffee for everyone - from professionals to beginners - with workshops and tastings.

As a multi-roaster store, we are bringing a concept to Hamburg that has never been seen before. At the same time, we see ourselves as a creative studio: we combine coffee with art, food, wine and events and create space for community. Whether it's a running club, cycling trips or pop-ups - we're all about exchange, inspiration and shared experiences. And somehow it's all a bit like a short vacation in Italy.
