südpunkt combines lifelong learning, professional development and cultural exchange in one central location on a daily basis. With a varied offer tailored to the needs of almost all age and population groups, education and culture can be experienced here by everyone.

Three municipal institutions work together under one roof at südpunkt: the Education Center of the City of Nuremberg, the Office for Culture and Leisure (KUF) and the Nuremberg City Library. Together, they create a perfectly coordinated program close to home that radiates far beyond the region.

Since its opening in January 2009, südpunkt has been considered unique in Germany. Its innovative structure and comprehensive range of services make it an outstanding place for education, culture and encounters.
