THE SPACE //

In the location's words:

THE SPACE // is an exhibition concept in a curated format initiated by the artist Sarice Brudet.

The aim and idea is to create a place for dialog, interdisciplinary connections and space for reflection and exchange alongside the exhibitions.

The selection of artists who are put together for the exhibitions and enter into a dialog is a mixture of young artists, some of whom are still studying, emerging artists and established artists who are also shown in large museums. The selection is very diverse and international.

In terms of content, the exhibitions deal with the themes of coexistence, cultural complexities in a global context, diversity, identities, fragility and the relationship between humans and nature, biodiversity and social structures.

The two horizontal lines behind THE SPACE // symbolize the idea of "leaving and giving space", for dialogue, for experimentation, for the realization of unrealized projects and space-specific installations.

THE SPACE // stands for the preservation of optimism at a time when the world is in a constant state of flux.
