Essen's scenic theater is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year. From Goethe to Tarantino is the theater's slogan and illustrates the breadth of its program. The theater has become known in particular for its film adaptations, such as Reservoir Dogs by Quentin Tarantino, but also for its adaptations of classical material, such as William Shakespeare's Hamlet. The Kammerspieltheater offers 50 seats in its own cellar, as well as its own touring company. Audiences from all over NRW and beyond regularly attend the plays of the fourteen-member professional ensemble. Come and see them!
