WTF is the Theaterrevier?

It is the venue of the Junges Schauspielhaus Bochum.
It's a place where miners used to shower.
It's a bit out of the way and usually very quiet.
It's a bit lonely in the office from time to time, away from the Schauspielhaus canteen where the gossip is communicated and produced. It's a busy anthill for final rehearsals, a center of the children's and youth theater scene in the context of our festivals, the best hide-in-the-dark place for meetings with Drama Control. It's a wellness oasis with a folding mattress in the dressing room for the really long working days.
It's the place that many staff say is their favorite place to play when they see how many children's eyes light up here. It is the place where there are no standard solutions because every play has its own sensitivities, which is unfortunately very exhausting, but also without alternative and refreshing when the theater has no limits other than architectural ones (and even those are occasionally overcome). It's Whatever The Fuck You Want 1 for anyone who wants to get involved.
