In the light-flooded rooms of our café, accompanied by tasteful music, we aim to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where you can sit back and take it all in. More than half of our sweet and savory dishes, prepared by hand in our small kitchen, are vegan. Statistics show that 65% of our guests choose normal milk for our espresso drinks (all with double shots!). Only 35% choose cow's milk.

We roast our beans for both the filter coffee, which is brewed every morning in the long-awaited batch, and the espresso, which allows us to control the quality and maintain a stable, reliable "house" flavor profile. To show how colorful and diverse the world of coffee can be, we regularly rotate between different European specialty roasters and choose fruitier beans for our second "guest" espresso grinder and hand filter. Whether you're a coffee nerd like some of us or just someone who loves good coffee, we want every cup to be an experience and leave a pleasant mouthfeel, so we pay special attention to the details of the preparation methods. This approach influences everything we do so that even those who don't drink coffee get a high quality cup, be it tea, matcha or that special hot chocolate.

Above all, we want to make sure that all our guests feel welcome here - regardless of their background, interests or beverage preferences. For this reason, we have 0% tolerance for homophobic, misogynistic or discriminatory behavior. Ethics is both our internal philosophy and the way we treat our guests, and that goes both ways, so you can probably already see that we like to keep things fair and cruelty-free here.
