For seven years now, the Volksbank lobby has been offering space for inspiration, exchange and creativity: as an exhibition venue, for lingering in the Frische Mische restaurant, for browsing in the showroom and also as an event location for exciting lectures, readings and music events.

The exhibitions in the lobby of Volksbank in Ostwestfalen have become a permanent cultural fixture in the city. There is always something new to discover! The themes of the exhibitions change twice a year. They reflect what moves our city. These range from Art meets Bank, In Love with the Forest and Sustainability to the Lobby of Beautiful Things design market. The carefully curated exhibitions inspire and offer new perspectives on Bielefeld, the region or current social issues. And best of all: you can simply pop in - without registration or admission.

With the lobby and the changing offers, we want to be close to people and life and an active part of Bielefeld's city life. The promotion of cultural projects is very important to us.

By the way, you will find a showroom in the lobby with selected favorite pieces - made by artists and start-ups from Bielefeld and East Westphalia. And if you're looking for networking and co-working, you'll find contact and space here.
