The traditional Volkspark in Halle offers a varied program of concerts and exhibitions all year round.

The Art Nouveau building from the beginning of the 20th century has two halls, numerous side rooms, an outdoor concert area and a beer garden.

There are also several small rooms, a dance club, the foyer on the first floor and a hall of mirrors, which is mainly used for sport and dance.

The Volkspark also houses the gallery of the Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design Halle.
