Since fall 2019, there has been a new, special event location at Westbahnhof 13 in the west of Braunschweig - the westand!
Located directly on the historic Ringgleis, the westand building is home to the privately operated westand-Halle, next to the socio-cultural center of the city of Braunschweig. With over 650m2 of event space, excellent technology and outstanding acoustics, two bars and a unique atmosphere, the westand-Halle is the perfect location for a wide variety of event formats: Concerts from rock to classical music, musicals and comedy, lectures and meetings, conferences, corporate events, trade fairs, exhibitions, parties, Christmas parties, weddings, streaming and TV productions and much more.
Since its opening, this unique location has delighted thousands of visitors with many sold-out concerts and shows by regional, national and international artists and bands.
