The venue is located in one of the historic industrial halls of the former factory premises, a building that still forms an important part of the company's history today. The former forge and bluing shop has been carefully transformed into a special event venue that preserves its industrial character while incorporating modern design elements and contemporary cultural influences.

WUEST serves as a place of exchange for all those who work or meet on the site and is also closely linked to Leipzig's lively creative scene. A central concern is to bring people from different cultures, fields of work and perspectives into contact with each other.
