The Zirkel is a traditional institution in the heart of Erlangen. Since its reopening in 1999, the club has been attracting night owls from the region. Housed in a historic vaulted cellar at Hauptstraße 105, the Zirkel offers a unique atmosphere with several bars, a dance floor and cozy seating areas.

The events are varied: Tuesdays are student days with Free admission and cheap drinks, Thursdays are the cocktail pyramid and there are also changing special events at the weekend. The after-mountain parties during the Erlangen Bergkirchweih are particularly legendary and attract numerous guests.
