No other Berlin venue manages to offer artists from the burlesque and queer scene from all over the world a stage and spotlight like "Starke August". In addition to live singing and instrumental music, there are seductive burlesque and fire shows, exciting walking acts and, of course, comedy. The evening program is as diverse and cosmopolitan as the artists themselves: blue rabbits meet shimmering drag queens, bending artists meet provocative activists.
