We are accordo - a non-profit chamber music association founded by five young musicians from Berlin. We are passionate about chamber music and want to bring together young people who share this passion with us.

With our unHERd project, we make music heard that otherwise often goes unheard: Works by female composers who have been unjustly overlooked in music history. Because even in 2025, works by male composers still dominate the programs of concert halls - while the music of their female colleagues is heard far too rarely. We want to change that!

We say: Hensel instead of Handel and Beach instead of Bach!
