What is anytainment?

anytainment is a voluntary project that aims to give young up-and-coming artists a stage. Since 2023, 4-5 shows have taken place annually at the Jugendcafe anyway. The show is open to all ages. From music and poetry slam to drag and theater, everything is included.

Our goals

Reduce disadvantages
Anyone can perform on stage with us. However, our invitation is aimed even more at marginalized groups, who often do not have the same opportunities for structural reasons. This applies in particular to queer people, FLINTA*, people of color or people with disabilities. We want to see you!

Discover local art
Above all, we focus on the local scene from Cologne and the surrounding area. We want to support the local communities and bring them together. This is where undiscovered talent lies dormant.

From volunteers for everyone
From the technology to the bar: the entire anytainment team has been fully involved since day one - and completely on a voluntary basis. The majority of all donations go to the artists, with the rest going directly back into the project. This means that almost all of our shows are free of charge. We believe that culture should not be a luxury.
