Welcomte to the qvartr. Welcome to the Urban Culture Festival. From 07-10 September 2023 we bring together what belongs together. Urban Culture at its best.

The streets are our canvas, our stage, skate space & ball area. Graffiti artists conjure up the finest street art from their sleeves that will make your eyes light up, while fat beats resound through the air and the desire to dance catcht you. Bouncing basketball according to street rules, action in the skate ramp and breakdance performances that make the vibe of the street just burst with realness. The sun fires out of all pipes and you enjoy the hood with cool drinks while corning at qvartr.

Feel all the energy of the city and the passion of urban culture to the tips of your hair. Let yourself be carried away by the atmosphere and be at the start when we make the city shake.

PROGRAM

Besides the permanent street art exhibition, food'n'drinks you will find a fat program of other Peaks Daily highlights from tattooing to breakdance battles and skate action in our ramp.
