The baking school was founded by Vanessa Braunert, a master confectioner, Munich native and true expert when it comes to the sweet craft.

In 2023, she fulfilled her dream and founded her own baking school, Bakecakers & You. Here, she introduces people of all ages to the world of confectionery - professionally, but with ease, personality and a lot of heart.

Every course is an experience: professionally sound, lovingly designed and with the aim of turning every participant into a bit of an artist, a bit of a pastry chef and a whole lot of "wow".

Baking should be fun - and that's exactly what we celebrate.
