The Big & Growing New Work Festival sees itself as a cross-generational and cross-industry interactive platform and has been held annually at several locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland since 2019.

All stakeholders in the field of New Work are brought together at the festival to exchange ideas about the future of work in a decentralized, inclusive and adaptive approach. People who implement New Work for their customers, in their companies, associations or politics or who are interested in a sustainable working world come together in a kind of open space think tank - with the aim of thinking, discussing, trying out and learning together.
