The term bottomless refers to alcoholic drinks (in our case sparkling wine) that are served during lunch. Our guests can order as many bubbles (sparkling wine) as they like.

The term "bottomless" refers to the fact that there is no limit to how much you can consume, similar to an all-you-can-eat buffet, but with our own sparkling wine.

What you can expect:

• Vegan Oyster: Oyster leaves, BlinQ Blossom, Apple Blossom

(You'll get a Sechuan button to start. This neutralizes, stimulates the mouth and prepares you for the menu).

• Steamed brocolli with red dragon dip

• Bao Burger with Crunchy Chicken or Tofu: Bao Burger with homemade mayo, chili sauce, pickled cucumber, carrot and radish, coriander, spring onions, with Crunchy Tindle Chicken or Crunchy Tofu in panko coating

• Sushi tacos: nori, sushi rice, cream cheese (vegan), cucumber, avocado, carrot. Optionally with sashimi salmon served with pink ginger, soy sauce and wasabi.
