The Buddhist Center Bremen (Am Stern) was founded more than 30 years ago and belongs to the Karma Kagyu lineage, one of the oldest schools of Tibetan Buddhism. Its head is the 17th Karmapa Thaye Dorje. It teaches Diamond Way Buddhism, which makes it possible to combine spiritual development with everyday, professional and family life. Buddha's teaching is based on self-responsibility and knows no dogmas - everything can be verified on the basis of one's own experience. The meditation exercises strengthen inner freedom, joy, compassion and energy. The center is run on a voluntary basis.
Regular offer: Introduction to Buddhism every Thursday at 19:00. Half-hour guided meditation every Mon, Thu, Fri at 20:00 and Tue at 19:00. Interested people can participate free of charge and without registration.
