Contemporary Middle East. e.V. is a non-profit association founded in 2019 and registered in Cologne with the fields of art, culture and international exchange from and with the Mena region.

We want to use art as a mediator for exchange between cultures and thus offer young, up-and-coming artists from the MENA region in Europe a platform for their perspectives and forms of expression.

To this end, we develop and curate innovative exhibition formats that are intended to open up a dialog on current perspectives on coexistence in society, culture and religion to a broad, cross-generational, culturally and socially diverse public.
