Here you will find information and dates about my offers of the 5Rhythms by Gabrielle Roth and other " Embodimentt" modalities.

Since 2000 I have been moving mainly within the 5Rhythms at all levels and am connected to "Conscious Dance".

After 15 years of dance experience, I have been offering a regular 5Rhythms Sweat® within the "Spaceholder" program in Munich since 2015.

Since 2010 I have been organizing about 4-5 workshops of international "Conscious Dance & Embodiment" teachers from different modalities in Munich.

These different modalities originally emerged from the 5Rhythms.
