The Zirkusfabrik is a versatile educational center for circus, dance and music in Cologne-Dellbrück. For 15 years, it has offered a place where children, young people and adults can safely and creatively discover and develop their physical and creative abilities. The focus is on circus education as a holistic form of education that promotes movement, expression, community and self-confidence.

The Zirkusfabrik offers regular courses, workshops and vacation projects as well as professionally supervised school and daycare projects and further training for educational professionals. Participants learn various disciplines such as acrobatics, aerial artistry, balance, juggling, clowning and magic. Individual strengths are emphasized and collaborative processes are supported.

In addition to its educational work, the Zirkusfabrik also sees itself as a cultural venue. Project performances, artistic shows, concerts and events regularly take place on its stage. One highlight is the in-house productions of the Klamauk children's and youth circus, in which young artists present their professional skills.

The team consists of trained (special) educators, circus teachers, artists and trainers with a variety of professional backgrounds. In addition, therapy assistance dogs complement the therapeutic and educational work.

The Zirkusfabrik works in an inclusive, appreciative and interdisciplinary way. It creates meeting spaces in which participation, respect, tolerance, creativity and movement are equally important. This makes it a lively place for education, culture and community - a home for young and old!
