DOK.fest Munich. At the movies. At home.

DOK.fest München is Germany's largest documentary film festival.

The 41st DOK.fest Munich takes place from May 6 to 18 in 27 Munich cinemas and special venues and this year presents 106 films from 49 countries in 15 thematically organized series. Almost all films will be available on the digital screen @home throughout Germany from May 11 to 25.

We will celebrate this year's opening on May 6 at the Deutsches Theater with the world premiere of INGEBORG BACHMANN - JEMAND, DER EINMAL ICH WAR.

We also present documentary film highlights outside of the festival at in our year-round program DOK.aroundtheclock - on the big screen in our Munich partner cinemas and at our local cultural partners and throughout Germany on the digital screen in our online film library dok@home.
