East & West Encounter (EWE)

East & West Encounter (EWE) is an English language theatre group based in Munich, Germany. The roots of its two founders come from East (India) and West (France).

EWE aspires to bring together non-professional actors, directors, stage artists and technicians who share a similar passion for contemporary theatre.

Furthermore, its ambition is to produce plays which promote new and diverse voices.

Since its creation mid-2021, EWE has successfully delivered five plays which have received critical acclaim.
