Our guidelines - why they are important

To keep Ecstatic Dance a safe and special space, we ask all participants to respect our guidelines:

1. Dance barefoot: Feel the connection to the earth and let it carry you. Shoes stay outside.
2. No words on the dance floor: Communicate through movement, not through language. This creates a space of presence and expression.
3. No alcohol or other substances: We celebrate life in its purest form - conscious and clear.
4. Respect your space and that of others: Every dance is unique. Allow the movements of others and respect their boundaries.
5. Be yourself: Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to connect with your body, your emotions and your inner self. Leave your smartphone in flight mode and take off with us.
