Elmar Jäger has been a promoter for many years, known primarily for the world-famous Sentinel Soundsystem, which he founded. Since 2015, he has been the co-organizer of the successful "Stuttgart Burlesque Festival" and other formats in the show & variety sector. Under the name "Events Extraordinaire", he has been organizing stage shows as well as immersive show events in exclusive locations for several years, be it in the 20/30s style or as a post-apocalyptic end-time party. In 2019, his event "Sanctuary" brought together the worlds of party and show / frontal theater. He is also a qualified designer and studied at the Merz Akademie in Stuttgart.
