I accompany people and organizations in phases of change and reorientation. As a facilitator and transformation designer, I create spaces in which clarity, meaning and inner alignment can emerge.

My work combines systemic thinking, embodied experience and narrative depth. The focus is on inner and outer spaces as well as development processes on an individual, organizational and societal level. It is less about quick answers and more about sustainable development and coherent next steps.

My formats range from workshops and group processes to intensive individual support. The focus is on pausing, consciously perceiving and opening up new scope for action.

My attitude is characterized by presence, clarity and the conviction that development is not a linear optimization, but a living movement. Transformation occurs where people are prepared to honestly reflect on themselves and the systems in which they work and to realign them.
