Jona is a coach for Female and FLINTA Empowerment in Cologne and a trained actress. She teaches acting and, thanks to her many years of experience on stage and in front of the camera, has the knowledge of how to consciously use presence, body and voice.

She is passionate about teaching people how to take the space they deserve. Especially in the patriarchy, women and FLINTA people are often kept small and that is exactly why Jona gives workshops to encourage people to show boundaries, to dare to say no and thus grow with ease.
