Florida Touring Co. GmbH was founded jointly by Thilo Elsner and Florida Entertainment in September 2025. Two partners who come from different backgrounds but share the same goal: To create live experiences that move people.

Florida Entertainment brings over 15 years of experience in award-winning TV entertainment - special formats that still reach a wide audience.

Thilo Elsner, on the other hand, comes from the live world: as a booker, tour organizer and accompanist of artists of all kinds, he knows the stage, its dynamics and what happens behind the scenes.

Together we bring spoken word, music and other stage formats on tour - from the first idea to the last encore. We develop concepts, plan, produce and accompany our artists - creatively, attentively and with a feel for timing, storytelling and look.

Whether tour planning & booking, production & support or artist management - we see live entertainment as teamwork. Every show, every audience, every encounter is different. That's what makes our job so exciting.

We work with artists who have something to say - in their own way. Loud or quiet, political, poetic or entertaining. Our aim is to make their ideas visible and turn them into live experiences that stay in your head. We believe that good collaboration requires trust - and sometimes the courage to break new ground.
