We have been accompanying people on their path for over ten years - mindfully, authentically and in deep connection. Many of them have become companions themselves, carrying this attitude and knowledge out into the world.

Our work is based on a humanistic view of the world: empathy, appreciation and authenticity are not techniques for us, but a practiced inner attitude. We believe that true change lies not in "getting rid of", but in integrating.

In our seminars and training courses, we combine sound therapeutic skills with lively experience, reflection and personal growth. This creates new companions - with clarity, sensitivity and the ability to accompany others in their transformation.
