Experience the cooperative housing project "Vielfalt in Ladenburg" up close! At our information event in Mannheim, we will present the concept, the current construction progress and the opportunities for participation. Meet the project team in person and get answers to your questions about apartment sizes, purchase options, community activities and the cooperative structure.

What can you expect?
"Vielfalt in Ladenburg" is a forward-looking housing project that combines sustainability, social participation and community living. In Nordstadt-Kurzgewann, 89 modern residential units are being built - including cooperative apartments, condominiums, cluster apartments and inclusive apartments. The project is complemented by spacious communal areas, a co-working space and a wide range of leisure and meeting facilities.

Cost rent & participation
The cooperative apartments are offered at a socially acceptable rent. Through community organization and co-design, running costs can be reduced and resources used efficiently. The residents have a say - whether in the design of the communal areas or in the organization of joint activities.
